The TG Chekumuki Science Sambaralu Talent Test 2024, organized by Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV), witnessed a series of scientific competitions conducted across multiple levels – school, district, and state. This initiative aimed at fostering scientific temper in students throughout Telangana, encouraging young minds to engage in scientific inquiry. The tests were held in various categories of schools, including Residential, English and Telugu medium, as well as private institutions.
Our students from DPS Warangal—Kaipa Venkata Dukul (Class VIII), Ganti Surya Havish (Class IX), and Kshitheesh Jha (Class X)—excelled at all stages of the competition, securing top positions and bringing immense pride to the school. Their outstanding achievements have marked a significant milestone in our journey toward nurturing scientific excellence.
Distinguished figures such as Sri. Rajarshi Shah, I.A.S., District Collector & Magistrate of Adilabad, P. Pravinya, IAS of Warangal, along with the directors of CCMB and JVV Convener Prof. Laxma Reddy from NIT Warangal, commended the students for their exemplary performance.
The Chekumuki Science Sambaralu 2024 saw DPS Warangal advance to the State Level Finals, held in Adilabad from December 14-16, 2024. Out of 99 schools from 33 districts across Telangana, DPS Warangal achieved an exceptional milestone, securing the 1st position at the state level. Notably, our school also topped the competition with the highest score of 92.5, standing out among all categories.
