DPS Warangal Students Shine in Guinness World Record Event and Krishna Rang Mahotsav
Students from DPS Warangal secured a Guinness World Record by participating in the Kuchipudi Kala Vaibhavam Mahabrunda Natya event organized by the Bharath Arts Academy at Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad on December 24, 2023. This event aimed to set a Guinness World Record and featured participants from different parts of the country. The students who represented the school at this grand event were Anguri Shloka, M. Joshvika, Sara Sanjana, Billa Nethanya, and Gurrapu Sharvani.
In another notable achievement, DPS Warangal students took part in the International Multilingual Play, Dance, and Music Contest Fest called the 13th Krishna Rang Mahotsav in Vrindavan, Mathura. The students not only participated but also secured prizes at different levels. Medaraboina Sanaya Kriti won the 2nd place in juniors for Bharatanatyam, Kakarapu Samiksha Reddy secured the 2nd place in juniors for Kuchipudi, Gajula Krithi Venya achieved the 3rd place in juniors for Kuchipudi, and M. Joshvika earned the 3rd place in super juniors for Kuchipudi. These achievements showcase the talent and dedication of DPS Warangal students in the field of dance.
