There are many fitness and health benefits of swimming. It uses all the muscles in the body giving the swimmer a full body workout. In DPS, Warangal there is a swimming pool with the trainers and the coach working full-time for the students.
In the 7th Winter Inter District Championship – 2022 organized by Telangana Swimming Association on 27 & 28 November 2022, our student P. Vishwanth Patel from XI MPC was selected at the National-Level. He won the Championship in the Water-Polo category. And he is eligible to participate in the 33rd South Zone Aquatic Championship – 2022, that is going to be conducted from 27th to 29th December 2022 in Kerala.
